Es wäre aus meiner Sicht einen besseren Eindruck machen, wenn bei der Installation die Zeit (nach Möglichkeit) korrekt gesetzt wird. Eine Möglichkeite wäre einmalig den NTP-Serverpool pool.ntp.org zu befragen. Man kann sich an der gewählten Locale orientieren um dafür ein paar nahe gelegene NTP-Server zu verwenden, nach folgendem Schema:

server 0.de.pool.ntp.org
server 1.de.pool.ntp.org
server 2.de.pool.ntp.org
server 3.de.pool.ntp.org

Wenn die Anfrage nicht klappen sollte, sollte das keine Nachteile mit sich bringen.

Der Vorschlag bezieht sich natürlich auf einen UCS Master..

Evtl. kann man die UCR timeserver im Installer konfigurierbar machen und mit pool.ntp.org vorbelegen. So sieht der Anwender das Feld und kann ggf. einen abweichenden Server verwenden wenn pool.ntp.org z.B. aufgrund von Firewalls o.ä. nicht erreicht werden kann oder es einfach mehr Sinn macht einen vorhandenen, internen NTP-Server einzusetzen.

Das wird IMHO bereits gemacht. Vor allem damit das Zertifikat richtig erstellt wird.

Wie an Bug 27728 notiert, ist es Distributoren nicht erlaubt, pool..*.ntp.org als Default zu konfigurieren.

Als Vorschlag an diesem Bug bleibt also:

There is a Customer ID set so I set the flag "Enterprise Customer affected".

This issue has been filed against UCS 4.2.

UCS 4.2 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen it and update the UCS version. In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting you.
