Der UMC-Web-Server bleibt manchmal aus hängen zu bleiben, so dass ein SigKill notwendig ist, um ihn zu beenden (dies wird bei einem Restart des Dienstes nach 5sec getan). Welche Situationen genau dies auslösen ist nicht ganz klar. In jedem Fall werden keine Requests mehr angenommen, da der Prozess komplett hängt. Vielleicht ist dies ein Problem mit den Notifier und CherryPy-Threads?

Ähnliche Probleme wurden auch an Bug 22634 berichtet.

Vielleicht besteht auch eine Verbindung zu Bug 26884.
