Wenn an einem ext. Attr. Not als default gesetzt ist, ist die Checkbox in der UMC trotzdem vorausgewählt. Hier muss Not als False erkannt werden.

univention-management-console-frontend/umc/tools.js - isFalse() wurde um "case 'not':" erweitert.

Bei OkOrNot-Syntax führt "not" jetzt immer zu einer nicht ausgewählten Checkbox.

Verified.
