Description Arvid Requate univentionstaff 2012-06-12 17:32:14 CEST

echo "kernel.core_pattern = /var/tmp/core-%e-%h-pid%p-%t" \
      > /etc/sysctl.d/core.conf
sysctl -p /etc/sysctl.d/core.conf
Comment 1 Arvid Requate univentionstaff 2012-06-12 17:35:11 CEST

This issue has been filed against UCS 3.0.

UCS 3.0 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have vastly changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please reopen.

Core files are essential for debugging crashing executable.
It could be done easily through Bug #32510.
