Derzeit ist es etwas umständlich zu prüfen, ob eine Variable false ist, da 
 if ! is_ucr_true foobar
nicht unterscheidet, ob die Variable gesetzt ist.

We should really add this to shell-univention-lib, there are at least two local implementations now:

* ucs-4.0/ucs-4.0-1/services/univention-samba4/lib/base.sh

* ucs-4.0/component/ucs-container/univention-system-setup/debian/univention-system-setup-boot.postinst
