Für das Installer-Kapitel

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #28191 +++

Zukünftig sollen unsignierte Bootloader nicht mehr gestartet werden können. UCS
benötigt eine Unterstützung für UEFI Secure Boot.
