Description Stefan Gohmann univentionstaff 2013-01-08 08:23:52 CET
Currently the UCC initrd script resets the boot flag in the rollout variant even if the join was not successful. The join script of the initrd already resets the flag.

I think it would be better if only the join script resets the flag.
Comment 1 Stefan Gohmann univentionstaff 2013-01-09 11:59:34 CET
It has been removed.
Comment 2 Moritz Muehlenhoff univentionstaff 2013-01-24 12:38:44 CET
set_boot_variant has been removed from univention-ucc-initramfs
Comment 3 Stefan Gohmann univentionstaff 2013-02-11 08:58:24 CET
We should re-add this function to get a consistent state for the initial rollout and an update.

After an update has been applied the boot variant is reset to 'none' (Image boot without update check)
