The S4 Connector should log the sync_from_ucs modlist for connector/debug/level=INFO

Following the idea of Bug 29988, it should also print the modlist/addlist in case of a traceback during the ldap modify/add (with loglevel error).

I see the modlist for UCS → S4 but not for the way S4 → UCS.

A changelog entry is missing.

S4 to UCS sync uses the UDM API, it's currently difficult to obtain a modlist from this. Changelog entry should be present in changelog-3.2.xml

OK, changelog is OK too (I searched in the wrong pdf file).
