A test case is missing which checks the configured apps if the packages from the ini file are installed.

A test case have been added. This test case checks for all APP IDs listed in /var/cache/appcenter-installed.txt

recent jenkins test results: ok
3.2 changelog: FAIL ("A test case to check if the packages of the requested apps are installed have been added" sounds tottery)

I've updated the changelog entry (r43332):
