If system setup (appliance mode) configured the system but the join failed, "system/setup/showloginmessage" isFalse(). The user has to login as root and join manually and the overview advises to login as Administrator to have access to the App Center (which will not work, of course)

   * Bug #33333: check join status before pointing out the login as root
   * Bug #33389: do not display a warning if system is not joined

VERIFIED. Dedicated changelog was not added, instead the Bug number was appended on another bug only loosely related to this one... Not reopened because I am in a good mood.
