See Bug #32038 for one possibility.

Another one would be to click on an e-mail link and within the next UMC login the license will be shown or installed. Therefore UMC needs to connect to the license server.

This issue has been filed against UCS 3. UCS 3 is out of the normal maintenance and many UCS components have vastly changed in UCS 4.

If this issue is still valid, please change the version to a newer UCS version otherwise this issue will be automatically closed in the next weeks.

This issue has been filed against UCS 3.2.

UCS 3.2 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have vastly changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed.

If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen this issue. In this case please provide detailed information on how this issue is affecting you.

With the inclusion of the usability study from 2017 in the current OKRs (Q4 2018) this bug is of importance again, thus reopened.

Feedback from the usability study regarding the license:

- In der Lizenz-Mail steht nicht, _wo_ man sie einspielen muss sondern nur, dass man auf die Weboberfläche gehen soll. Das ist schwierig, wenn man die Web-Oberfläche nicht findet.

- Der Sinn der Lizenzeinspielung ist nicht ganz klar, wird aber akzeptiert

- Die license.ldif wird vorher im Text-Editor geöffnet aber nicht verstanden
