With the current libcloud integration, the umc-uvmm module layout is as follows:
- Treeview: Two folders 'physical servers' and 'cloud connections'
> Reduce to one folder, or no folder at all? Only distinguish the server/connection by its icon?
- 'Displayed type': 4 Choices (Virtual machine, Physical server, Cloud instance, Cloud connection)
> Automatically choose the correct type if the user clicks on a connection in the treeview

Suggestions are welcome...

Fixed in r53897: Remove empty group folder if no connection is configured

With r53897 the Treeview does not respond to clicks if there is only 'cloud connections'
--> Fixed in r53902: remove 'default' from tree path

With r53897 the UVMM fronted is still hardcoded for 'two folders'
--> 'Displayed type' shows 4 choices

Fixed wrong TextBox sizes due to unnecessary double form definition

Known issues since migration to new UMC design:
- "angezeigter typ" dropdown to small for its text content
- instance detail page is empty

Fixed in r54086. In addition, entries on the instance detailpage are now readonly.
