Description Stefan Gohmann univentionstaff 2014-10-21 13:37:32 CEST
We have changed the DNS nameserver handling in UCS 4. The Administrator gives only name servers while adding the network configuration. In UCS 3 the Administrator added also a domain name server.

To make it easy and for the most environments working out of the box, we should copy the dns/forward variables from the master while joining backups and slaves.
Comment 1 Felix Botner univentionstaff 2014-10-24 10:47:48 CEST
OK, during join of backup/slave all dns/forwarder* settings are copied from the master
Comment 2 Arvid Requate univentionstaff 2014-11-03 14:16:21 CET
Works. Changelog ok.
