I get a notification after adding a quota setting for a user. Please remove this notification.

The notifications for removing and setting a user quota have been removed in case it is successful. Also there were no single standby animation in the quota module. e.g. activating a quota tooks long and the user didn't get feedback but the GUI wasn't blocked. I added standby animations for every UMCP request.
Package currently builds.

notification is removed, in addition standby animation while activating quota for partition is working
