IE11 (32bit) on Windows7 (64bit) seems to hang when logging in UMC. One can see the overview page, then the process consumes 98% cpu and seems to hang.

I can neither reproduce the problem with Win7 64bit & IE11 nor with Win7 32bit & IE11. I could not install IE11 32bit on Win7 bit, though.

I could observe a problem with a IE9 instance which is maybe related to this one. When opening the license information dialogue, IE increases its memory consumption from initially ca. 190MB to ca. 940MB (with a peak of 1.2GB). When increasing the memory size of my Windows instances, I could manage to open the dialogue. For reference, when opening a user object (which is fairly heavy loaded compared to the license dialogue), the instance takes about 210MB of memory.

It seems that this has something to do with IE9 SVG support. The corresponding  file for the dialogue at:

  http://<myserver>/univention-management-console/js/umc/modules/udm/license.svg

I can see the same amount of memory consumption.

The source of the problem was probably the startup dialogue which was displayed on UMC login.

I fixed the graphics in the main packages. The small icons used in UDM and in UVMM are PNG graphics.
