Point user to logfile in case an app installation failed

If an app failed to installed (as just encountered due to an unrelated problem in my test VM), it only displays the error message "Failed to install $PACKAGE". I think it would be useful to point the user to /var/log/univention/management-console-module-appcenter.log for further information.
It would also be nice to be able to open the log file in UMC (similar to the domain join module).
This issue has been filed against UCS 4.2. UCS 4.2 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed. If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen it and update the UCS version.
