That should be mentioned in the performance guide

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #37851 +++

we should raise the thread pool of cherrypy/umc-webserver from 10 to a higher value and make it configurable for larger environments. attachment 6703 [details] is the patch.

This bug hasn't seen any update for several years. I close it.

If you still see a need for it, you can reopen the bug. Please add an argumentation about why it's important to take care of it.
