Please alter the script 43_proxy/04_http_proxy_ntlm_auth_performance_check
so it does use 60 seconds as timeout in UCS environments and 130 seconds in UCS@school environments (simply check for one of the installed packages 
ucs-school-singlemaster, ucs-school-master, ucs-school-slave).

Until this is implemented, please deactivate the script for UCS@school via the header flag "SKIP-UCSSCHOOL".

The package ucs-test has to be fixed in ucs-4.0-1 and imported and rebuild in scope "ucs_4.0-0-errata4.0-1".

This test still fails even after the last steps were done, so it should be investigated.

The test also fails for UCS-4.0-1 since 40 days on S[34]-Master: <http://jenkins.knut.univention.de:8080/job/UCS-4.0/job/UCS-4.0-1/job/Autotest%20MultiEnv/SambaVersion=s3,Systemrolle=master/lastBuild/testReport/junit/43_proxy/04_http_proxy_ntlm_auth_performance_check/test/>

The test is not run on the other system roles as there univention-squid is not installed.

Jenkins and my tests show that they also needs ~120s to run (m3.medium PV).

Where does the initial 60s come from?

I've implemented some changes which addresses <http://wiki.squid-cache.org/KnowledgeBase/TooManyQueued> and other issues found while debugging:
