Description Tim Petersen univentionstaff 2015-06-25 13:58:57 CEST
W: ldap/server/addition is overridden by scope "ldap"

This should definately be explained.
Comment 2 Philipp Hahn univentionstaff 2016-09-14 16:10:19 CEST
This bug is a clone of Bug #38094: the move of UCRV ldap/server/addition into LDAP layer should be documented.

1. There is a "LDAP Server policy", which allows to set multiple LDAP servers, which are used by UCS all over the place.
2. The first one gets stored in UCRV ldap/server/name
3. All others get stored in UCRV ldap/server/addition
4. They will be used if the "l/s/name" is not reachable
5. "l/s/additional" is stored in the LDAP layer of UCR (similar to a UCR policy)

Changes and improvements for SDB entries aren't tracked in Bugzilla anymore, so I close these entries. Please comment on help.univention.com or get in touch with the Univention Support team in case you have any suggestions for the SDB.
