The simplesamlphp certificates are currently created in the postinst of univention-saml.
They should be created in the joinscript as domainname and hostname are not yet correctly set up.

The certificate+private key is now created in the joinscript. The joinscript number has been changed to 33 so that the join-script of the UMC-webserver can use it. The postinst contained a UMC-Server restart which is not necessary and has been removed.
