Progress bar not visible

When changing the network settings, the progress bar is centered absolutely and therefore not directly visible on smaller screens. You have to scroll down.

It should be centered relatively to the shown screensize.

I'll attach some screenshots.

Recognized during workshop.

It's a generic problem in all modules and doesn't have to do with screen size but with the page height. The progress bar gets centered which is the wrong kind of "centered".
