The UCS 4.2 documentation is missing.

When doc-common/docbook/stylesheets/bibliography-de.xml and doc-common/docbook/stylesheets/bibliography-en.xml have been updated, please rebuild the Jenkins project "UCSschool 4.2 Quickstart", so the references to ucs-quickstart are updated.

The documentation is built via Jenkins. I've adjusted the docbook Makefile and now the images are also available.

Before we can upload the new documentation, we need to replace the screenshots and adjust some parts of the documentation. This will be done through the other 4.2 interim-4 bugs.

So, moving to interim-4 because the screenshots are not ready.
