Yeah. Hit 'enter' too fast. Twice. My bad. Here's the original bug description:

We should offer a "Generate password" button or checkbox. Scenarios are creating a new user or resetting the password of an existing user. The option would create a random, secure enough password and display it to the administrator who can then hand it out to the user. As additional default behaviour, the option "Change password on next login" could be activated automatically (but it should be possible for the administrator to override this).
