+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #43463 +++

The following package are required in order to install the php7 packages

recode
freetds
xmlrpc-epi
libwebp
uw-imap
firebird2.5

(e.g. php7-imap depends on uw-imap)

Maybe we should add them to maintained in 4.2?
