Description Erik Damrose univentionstaff 2017-08-14 14:15:56 CEST
We received feedback from an ISV that customers who accidentally press a key while the welcome screen is shown can be confused about the next steps they have to take. The server FQDN displayed there may also be confusing, if the UCS server is not used as the client's DNS server.

The /etc/issue file could display information similar to the welcome-screen if the ucs system is an app appliance and has not yet been activated.
* root login is not possible, because
* the appliance is not yet activated
* to do that, visit the webinterface at https://<ip>
