interfaces/primary is not set after UCS 4.3 installation

The UCR variable interfaces/primary is not set after the UCS 4.3 installation. It should be set to the "default" interface.
After fixing this issue, please undo the following commit: https://git.knut.univention.de/univention/ucs/commit/96c451b1a731c5bdbe51d8890610f4f31fe4d930 services/univention-samba4: * The UCR variable interfaces/primary is not set by default and the fallback eth0 does not always work in UCS 4.3. Thus, it is temporarily disabled for milestone 1 (Bug #45956)
f0c8cd16: Setup script to ensure interfaces/primary is set 8a3ed439: Remove workaround in univention-samba4 Note: interfaces/primary is only set during a new installation. If the system is upgraded, the old naming scheme stays in place. Does this need a changelog entry?
