UCR 4.3 docker is not running after boot

-> systemctl status docker.service 
● docker.service - Docker Application Container Engine
   Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/docker.service; disabled; vendor preset: enabled)
  Drop-In: /etc/systemd/system/docker.service.d
           └─http-proxy.conf
   Active: inactive (dead)

Workaround
-> systemctl enable docker.service

added systemctl enable docker.service to univention-docker's postinst, lets see if this helps
