In chapter https://docs.software-univention.de/handbuch-4.2.html#ip-config:Einfuehrung is written:

> Ein DHCP-Server kann mit der Applikation DHCP-Server aus dem Univention App Center installiert werden. Alternativ kann das Softwarepaket univention-dhcp installiert werden. Weitere Informationen finden sich in Abschnitt 5.6.

I guess the better alternative to install the dhcp-server via console is to use univention-app. So the sentence should be:

> Alternativ kann der DHCP-Server auch über 'univention-app install dhcp-server' auf der Konsole installiert werden.

This bug hasn't seen any update for several years. I close it.

If you still see a need for it, you can reopen the bug. Please add an argumentation about why it's important to take care of it.
