Check of problematic python-twisted version on UCS 4.2

In UCS@school 4.2 v6 (aka ucsschool_20171030123901) accidently the following packages have been shipped, that caused problems if OPSI is installed: ./python-twisted-core_16.2.0-1~bpo8+1A~4.2.0.201707181921_all.deb ./python-twisted-mail_16.2.0-1~bpo8+1A~4.2.0.201707181921_all.deb ./python-twisted-names_16.2.0-1~bpo8+1A~4.2.0.201707181921_all.deb ./python-twisted-news_16.2.0-1~bpo8+1A~4.2.0.201707181921_all.deb ./python-twisted-web_16.2.0-1~bpo8+1A~4.2.0.201707181921_all.deb ./python-twisted-words_16.2.0-1~bpo8+1A~4.2.0.201707181921_all.deb ./python-twisted_16.2.0-1~bpo8+1A~4.2.0.201707181921_all.deb ./twisted-doc_16.2.0-1~bpo8+1A~4.2.0.201707181921_all.deb A new diagnostic module should check if these packages are installed under UCS 4.2 and suggest, that a downgrade of twisted is performed (downgrade is described on https://help.univention.com/t/resolving-opsi-installation-update-issues-on-ucs-school-systems/7705).
Also, if UCS@school 4.2 v6 is installed, the module could suggest to update to UCS@school 4.2 v7 or higher
This issue has been filed against UCS 4.2. UCS 4.2 is out of maintenance and many UCS components have changed in later releases. Thus, this issue is now being closed. If this issue still occurs in newer UCS versions, please use "Clone this bug" or reopen it and update the UCS version.
