We should add a test case for testing the connection.

Several mariadb internal tools rely on connecting to the database without user interaction. They use /etc/mysql/debian.cnf to obtain credentials. As we disable passwordless connections for the root user, the debian.cnf file has to contain correct credentials.

New installations of u-mysql create a non working file, upgrade installations are not affected
