Recommended App Badge in UMC

Created attachment 9462 [details] Mockup-UMC-Recommended-Apps-Variante-2.png The App catalog shows a badge for recommended apps. This badge should also be shown on the UMC App Center overview padge.
As discussed, maybe it is possible to get this into the UCS 4.3 release.
a3d4323 Bug #46582: Add Badge to recommended apps in gallery The badge is shown on recommended apps. If an update is available the update icon is shown instead of the badge. The first time a quick query for all apps is made in which the rating information is not included. The badges pop in after the long query is made.

Works. I do like the Tooltip, yet, the content is hard coded. But the description is actually dynamic: http://appcenter-test.software-univention.de/meta-inf/rating.ini This can be fixed at a later state (if we ever change the description). REOPENED, because changelog is missing.
