Proposal about where to place the "How do I login" tooltip

There is still feedback that people don't know which username they should use for login to UMC. It decreased, but it is still present. Discussion wit people who gave this feedback showed that they did not recognize the hint below the login box.

Furthermore, the login on the Univention Demo revealed at high bounce of 73%.

Known from other services with login, help like "Forgot password" is commonly found inside the login box. We should therefore move the "How do I login" help inside the login box to the left of the Login button, see screenshot mockup-up attached.

Furthermore, the hint should not look like a link, when it is not. The hint is a mouse over and should be recognized accordingly. No underline and just a different color (as it is now) should be sufficient.
