Description Michel Smidt 2018-04-26 14:10:49 CEST
Use case from the customer.
1. One create a office 365 profile A with service plan M
2. One assign it to the group "schuleX-students"
3. All students of the group "schuleX-students" will be activated for Office 365
4. The students will be synchronized automatically with service plan A to the Azure-Active-Directory (AAD)
5. The customer add service plan N to the profile A

-> The assumption now is that all users which belong to groups which belong to the profile A (schuleX-students + X) are resynchronised to the AAD.
But this just not happen.

Feature Request. It currently works as documented at https://wiki.univention.de/index.php/Microsoft_Office_365_Connector

"Note: Service plans are only assigned when the user is initially synced to the Azure AD, as the license is applied at that point. Assigning a user to a group does not work retrospectively. In addition, changing the profile object to include or remove service plans does not update existing users!"

Asked by additional customer
Comment 3 Ingo Steuwer univentionstaff 2021-05-14 16:50:54 CEST
should be still relevant for UCS 4.4
