testmaster preseed file

I was unable to install a DC master via PXE because runsv wasn't started.

It works after adding the following line to the preseed file:

d-i partman/early_command string sed -i 's/invoke-rc.d univention-runit/service univention-runit/' /var/lib/dpkg/info/di-univention-net-installer.postinst
