It would be very useful for some customer environments if there was the ability to export user(s) as well as (re-)import user(s) right from UMC. The following feature are appreciated:

 - export one or multiple users
 - on import choose to
   + ignore not existing attributes when not available in destination LDAP
or
   + just skip user with non-existing attribute

   + overwrite existing user(s)
or
   + just skip existing user(s)
