We should update "3.2.4. Mac OS X domain joins"

1. Apple renamed "Mac OS X" to "macOS" around two years ago
2. A customer reported that some option just don't work anymore (e.g. "Create mobile account at login") because Apple removed them with newer versions (afaik "Sierra" and newer).

The docs were written for Mac OS X 10.8.2.

OS X 10.8 was released on 2012-02-16, the last update came out in 2015 according to Wikipedia.

macOS Catalina 10.15 should be available sometime in 2019-09. We should update the docs with the most recent version.

The most current version  is now "macOS Big Sur Version 11.6"

also: the formatting of the example for "dsconfigad" seems to be garbled in the meantime
