UCS 4.4 update dvd

A UCS 4.4 update dvd is missing. It should include the update from UCS 4.3-3 to UCS 4.4-0.
The DVD build script was created by Bug #48333; I think we disabled building the update DVD back than as it is a waste of time (and space) during development.
