ucs-dashboard is not installable using a proxy via appcenter but via console

The following line indicates that DockerContainer does not have any connection via the set proxy: 24053 actions.install 19-03-22 13:11:04 [CRITICAL]: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='docker.software-univention.de', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /v2/prom/prometheus/manifests/v2.4.3 (Caused by NewConnectionError('<requests.packages.urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x7f6a21addcd0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 101] Das Netzwerk ist nicht erreichbar',)) A connection to the internet is only possible via a proxy in the customer environment. Other apps and normal updates, on the other hand, work without problems via the proxy. The problem is both on our UCS master and on a test newly mounted UCS slave reproducible. From the console the installation with "univention-app install admin-dashboard" worked!
