Description Christian Völker univentionstaff 2019-06-19 16:20:50 CEST
A school admin (school A) has permissions to administer his own school ou=A. In this school we have a class where a teacher is assigned from school B.
So we have students from school A and the teacher from School B. Unfortunately, the teacher has been created through direct UDM/LDAP and therefore is not part of the school A ou.
Thus, the admin A has no permissions to do anything with this teacher.

Now the admin tries to reset the passwords for all students
(module "School administration"/"Passwords (students)")

An error occured
  Could not process the request.
Internal server error during "schoolusers/query (student)".

And the admin is not possible to change the passwords because of a teacher he can not even see (as not being permitted for ou=B).

We should catch this error somehow and jsut offer the objects where the admin ist permitted to change the password.
