Für den Workflow der Template-Erstellung in UCS DVS wäre es sinnvoll, wen der Administrator vor manuellen Starten der sysprep-Batchdateien eine Kopie der VM anlegen könnte. Das sollte im UMC-Modul UVMM ermöglich werden.

Diese Variante würde die Funktionalität der Checkbox "Kopie erstellen" im UMC-Modul DVS ersetzen.

Das Feature ist unabhängig von OpenDVDI. Über einen Button sollte eine Instanz kopiert werden können. Nett wäre, wenn in einem Popup nach dem neuen Namen gefragt wird.
