Je Server-Update der Statusdatenbank werden von postgresql 1-3 MB Logfiles erzeugt (bei ca. 70 Servern die täglich per CRON den Paketstatus zurückmelden sind das ~140 MB/Tag, siehe Ticket 2011042110006006).

Die Notwendigkeit dieser Dateien sollte geprüft werden, wenn sie nötig sind sollten sie komprimiert werden.

in diesem Fall stand "log_statement = all" in der posgresql.conf, das ist nicht der Default.
-> Invalid

Default für log_statement ist false.
