Die Overview-Seite könnte bei der Sprachauswahl direkt auf die entsprechend lokalisierte UMC-Seite verweisen (über den Query-String ?lang=de-DE, bzw. ?lang=en-US).

  * added locale suffix to UMC-href on overviewpage (Bug #23861)
