Es gibt dazu einen SDB Artikel 

Univention Corporate Server (UCS) -> Wie können kaputte symblische Links in den Run-Level-Verzeichnissen gelöscht werden?

Wir wollen das lieber nicht automatisch machen.

Wenn die QA durch ist, kann der Artikel frei geschaltet werden.
