Aktuell verwendet das UCS 3.1 ucs-test Skript kein ucslint.

svn42526: ucslint is now used, but all copyright warnings are ignored, since 30 lines of copyright for 5 lines of tests makes wring tests much more cumbersome: writing tests should be simple!

Several other minor issues have been fixed.
