Die Deinstallation von univention-debmirror entfernt /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/univention-repository nicht ("a2dissite univention-repository") was zur Folge hat das der Apache nach der Deinstallation nicht mehr startet.

Added 'univention-debmirror.prerm'. Symlink /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/univention-repository will be removed first before postrm.
Added also 'univention-debmirror.postrm' which contanis restarting apache command.

Imported package 'univention-debmirror' (5.0.5-6) into buildsystem. Adjusted 'changelog-3.1-2.tex' in section 'base'.

We will not ship a UCS 3.1-2 release; the next UCS release will be UCS 3.2.

As such, this bug is moved to the new target milestone.

OK - prerm disables univention-repository and postrm reloads apache
