Um Probleme beim Zugriff auf DNS besser analysieren zu können, wäre es praktisch, den Loglevel von Bind9 über eine einfache UCR Variable grob einstellen zu können (z.B. bind/debug/level).

dns/debug/level and dns/dlz/debug/level have been added.

Verified:
 * Anpassung der Debug-Level (0-11) funktioniert mit beiden Backends
 * dlz_bind9 ist fehlertolerant genug, z.B. ein "ucr unset dns/dlz/debug/level" abzufangen und funktioniert dann trotz Warnmeldung im syslog korrekt.
