Univention Bugzilla – Bug 30319
teacher can collect project from other teacher
Last modified: 2021-10-14 09:56:35 CEST
In the umc distribution module a teacher can collect projects which belongs to another teachers without overtaking the project.
I could reproduce the bug, as well. Only the owner of a project should be able to collect it.
This was also reported on Ticket#: 2013021921000835
This is by design: If a teacher is ill or a course is given by more than one teacher, a person who is not the owner of the project must be able to collect it. He should only be warned that he collects another teachers project. I added a Bug to inform the original owner also: Bug #31180

Then, the other person can see this as he/she is not the owner of the project anymore.
I could reproduce both behaviours: - a project has been created by user A - user B tried to collect it but had to overtake it (correct UMC behaviuor) - user C was able to collect the project without changes in the ownership

Still a problem. The manual says that collecting a project without owning it should be possible. But the files should be copied into the owners home share. Currently they are copied into the the users share that invoked the collection. http://docs.software-univention.de/ucsschool-lehrer-handbuch-4.1.html#lehrerdoku:material:einsammeln
