If USB redirection is disabled via policy and "rdp/redirectdisk" is set to "true", the UCR setting overwrites the policy.

If configured the other way round (USB redirection is ENABLED in policy and "rdp/redirectdisk" is set to "false"), the UCR settings do not overwrite the policy.
