Description Florian Best univentionstaff 2013-02-20 13:35:55 CET
The buttons to stop or start the computer are not always displayed. They always should be visible but disabled (greyed out). There should also be a hint why it is disabled (e.g.: iTalc is not installed, the computer is already running or if the computer does not have a MAC-address).

Screenshot of more menu entries

The bug relates to the entries in the more menu. This has been adjusted with UCS 3.1, now all actions are displayed in the more menu. The only problem that persists is that the actions "lock screen" and "lock input devices" are not displayed if no ITALC connection could be established with the computer (see screenshot). However, this is a minor issue.

It would be great if those two entries are also visible but greyed out with "loading animation", so the user has always a complete overview of possible actions.

Agreed! This should be fairly easy.

Yes, indeed!

Changelog → OK (changed "computerroom module" → "\ucsName{Computer room} module")
