UMC → Computer → "Master" → Policies → Repository Server

By default the repositoryServer policy is not set, so by default no server is set.
Nevertheless the alphabetically first server is shown in the combo box grayed out, which is confusing, as the policy configuration talks about "inherited", so it looks like the current configured value is set through the policy.

Instead the combo-box should show nothing, to indicate, that this value is currently set by no policy.

Another bug that would be auto-fixed if one would not load the whole (read-only!) policy form (with its combo boxes) but instead write the plain values. Other example: Bug#29623.

  Simply add an empty value as a ComboBox' first choice
